Our award-winning EDGE curriculum is a bespoke, dynamic curriculum, rooted in research and designed by innovation experts at Caterham School, with input from across the professional world. EDGE bridges the gap between traditional academic education and the rapidly changing professional world of work. Pupils from First Year to Upper Sixth have dedicated lessons in which to develop their technology, ethical AI, problem solving, teamwork, project management and entrepreneurial expertise.

Such is the success and popularity of EDGE, Caterham School has launched a GCSE equivalent qualification to fill the skills gap and prepare young people for an AI-enabled future. The Key Stage 4 qualification, for pupils in Years 10 and 11, is recognised by UCAS and has been developed in partnership with Nottingham University Business School and Enactus UK, the social entrepreneurial education charity. The course combines academic business theory with creativity, innovation, real-world problem solving and ethical AI, placing social impact at the heart of learning.
