In line with data protection laws we are only able to process personal data where we have a valid reason to do so.

• Your child’s name and age, your child’s school and school year, your child’s educational background and history.

We will use your personal data to fulfil our role as education consultants and school exhibition organisers, meet our contractual obligations, send you information about the education sector or other information which we think may be of interest to you and deliver a high quality service to clients. We may subscribe you to our newsletter, if your express permission was granted. Our website uses cookies to manage logged-in user sessions and authentication. If any of the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you may ask us to correct it.

The information you provide to Waypoints may be sent to Schools, tutors and/or tutoring companies, education consultants, education psychologists or other persons involved in the school search process.
